Welcome to CreekLine Designs. By accessing our website or purchasing products or services from CreekLine Designs, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
CreekLine Designs provides custom athletic apparel, uniforms, branding and graphic design, website design, and related creative services.
Specific services, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and revisions may vary by project and will be communicated before work begins.
2. Orders & Payments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete an order or project.
Payment terms will be provided at the time of purchase or through an approved proposal, invoice, or order form. CreekLine Designs may require payment in full or a deposit before beginning work.
An order or service is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.
3. Custom Designs & Approvals
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, artwork, names, numbers, colors, sizes, spelling, logos, and other information before production or final delivery.
Once a customer approves a design for production, changes may require additional charges and may not be possible after production has begun.
CreekLine Designs is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions included with a service will depend on the service purchased or the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.
5. Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary due to supplier availability, production schedules, shipping delays, weather, or circumstances outside of CreekLine Designs’ control.
CreekLine Designs will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when they become known.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the applicable CreekLine Designs Return & Refund Policy.
Custom products and services may be subject to different policies because they are specifically created or performed for the customer.
7. Customer-Provided Materials
Customers are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, text, or other materials they provide to CreekLine Designs.
By submitting materials, the customer represents that they have the right to authorize CreekLine Designs to use those materials for the requested project.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CreekLine Designs retains ownership of original design concepts, working files, templates, and other proprietary materials created during the design process.
Final deliverables provided to the customer may be used according to the terms of the service or project agreement.
Third-party trademarks, logos, team names, school marks, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Website Design
For website design projects, customers are responsible for providing accurate content, images, business information, login credentials, and other materials required for the project.
Website hosting, domains, subscriptions, third-party applications, plugins, and other outside services may involve separate fees and terms.
CreekLine Designs is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
CreekLine Designs will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our liability, where legally permitted, will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to Services or Terms
CreekLine Designs reserves the right to modify services, pricing, policies, or these Terms of Service at any time.
The version of these Terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.
12. Prohibited Use
Customers may not use CreekLine Designs services or products for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
CreekLine Designs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work that it reasonably believes involves unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
13. Privacy
Information submitted through our website or during an order may be collected and used as necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, provide services, and operate the business.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By using the CreekLine Designs website or purchasing products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
